If "Words are violence", and "Silence is violence.", then are we to just mumble incoherently like Biden does is his speeches?
What I suspect this really means is that the APL has assumed the responsibility for deciding what words or silence is appropriate, and what words or silence gets you cancelled or doxxed.
They've illegitimately assumed that authority long ago. It's past time we ignore them and speak truth boldly.
