This Doesn't Sound Positive

" In a stunning political move, the chief judge of the Minneapolis federal bench disclosed the behind the scenes collaboration between all judges to thwart legal proceedings related to immigration cases this year. Patrick Schiltz, who admitted his longtime involvement in a pro-migrant nonprofit, reveals how judges remained on their cell phones nonstop to halt deportation proceedings. And rather than evaluate each case individually—as is required—the judges developed pro forma orders (as I predicted) to immediately stop cases in their tracks. This is something: Schiltz: “Some judges built templates of legal orders so they could respond quickly to some of the detention issues that were arising again and again.”"

This seems disturbing to me, that federal judges were actively involved in extrajudicial efforts to interfere with federal law enforcement.

  1. I hope this will result in disbarment for each of them who participated in this vile scam which put so many Americans at risk in so many ways. I'm going to save this story and bring it up to my reps. This cannot go without penalty.

But this again goes to the importance of voting as some of these people are appointed and state level judges sit because they were elected. I don't care what anyone says about "Uniparties". This level of judicial abuse is highly unlikely when conservatives are in power, be it as elected officials, appointed positions or in the electorate.

(Don't know how long my ability to have my comments published from my desk top will continue. It's workin' right now.)

    1. One would hope so. But the fact that it crosses party lines is concerning, as is the level of hubris.

  2. Another example of the systematic lawlessness with the LEFT.
