In the video of the arrest of Khalid Kamau, the black mayor of South Fulton GA, we see the black mayor being escorted by a group of black police officers, yet he manages to spout some garbage about inequality and/or racism.

    Of course it is. Regardless of the facts and reality of the situation. He'll probably ride his bullshit claims to an acquittal if he gets a black enough jury.
