Eugenics?

 https://tiredmoderate.substack.com/p/this-cant-keep-going?r=28q7xt&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=post%20viewer

"What we’re witnessing in the US is the thrashings of miserable nihilistic leftists who are actively removing themselves from the future of humanity. It’s actually astonishing to watch; like a group of people watched 20th-century Eugenicist movements play out and thought, “what if we did that to ourselves?” So in a sense the problem is solving itself, the rest of us just have to hold the line until it plays out. How?"

I've said something like this for a while when it comes to abortion.   (I feel like I just say an Arynne Wexler clip making this point as well) But it's good to see someone expand on it.

When?

Every time I open Blogger, I am faced with 7 comments from Dan which date back to Oct 1.   They're there because Dan refuses to do as he's been asked.  I've been extending Dan the grace of not simply aborting his comments, while he's chosen not to embrace the grace he prates on about.

So, at what point do I simply abort all 7 of Dan's comments and assume that he has no interest in civil exchange?

"No Good"

"The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil and no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference. As that unhappy poet A. E. Housman put it:
For Nature, heartless, witless Nature
Will neither know nor care.
DNA neither knows nor cares. DNA just is. And we dance to its music."

Dawkins literally wrote the book which underpins most, if not all, of modern Darwinist/Materialist/Naturalist/Atheist thought.

FAFA

Last week a video was going around of a young woman engaged with a TPUSA speaker, which ended in her reciting a poem celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk.  The TPUSA host was respectful and polite as the young woman ran away gleefully.   The young woman got her 15 minutes of internet fame, and it wasn't what he thought it would be.  In short, she FA'd and FO.   Things went badly once she was identified and negative consequences followed.   It's easy to be edgy and fringe when your university ecosystem of leftists makes you feel safe.  Unfortunately, the broader world sometimes isn't the liberal cocoon of a university campus.

" Issa Kassahuga's apology video is the perfect autopsy of one of the most sickening phenomena in contemporary culture: the dehumanization of the political opponent fueled on university campuses and the immediate panic when the reality of the adult world demands payment. To understand the weight of this statement, one must look at what happened before the recording. On September 23, at an event on the University of Texas at San Antonio campus, the student took the microphone in front of conservative activist Christian Collins to publicly mock and gloat over the unimaginable loss and pain of widow Erika Kirk and her orphaned children. In that moment, buoyed by the easy applause of the university bubble and the arrogance of someone who believes themselves morally superior, she thought that mocking an adversary's death was a demonstration of political virtue. What changed between that September day and this formal apology recorded with a measured voice and downcast eyes? What changed was the relentless arrival of reality. The video of the aggression went viral on social media, public opinion revolted against the cowardice, the university board opened disciplinary investigations, and future employers saw the student's name associated with the mockery of a grieving family. The doors of the job market and civil life began to close at record speed. Suddenly, the ruthless militant who gloated over widows and orphans discovers "humility," appeals to "Christian faith," recalls "human dignity," and publicly begs for a "second chance at life." The apology text was meticulously crafted by lawyers and crisis management advisors. Every word about compassion and respect sounds like a memorized script to contain legal damages and try to save a career destroyed before it even began. In the spiritual realm, forgiveness is a commandment, and it falls to the offended family to grant it if they deem it sincere. But in the social and institutional realm, the lesson must be harsh and permanent. For years, academic indoctrination taught an entire generation that political violence and mockery of others' deaths were legitimate, as long as the target was a conservative. Young people were raised in the dangerous fantasy that militancy guarantees total immunity against the laws of decency and human empathy. The San Antonio case is a lesson for all of Western youth: you can curse and celebrate tragedies inside the university greenhouse. But when you step onto the asphalt of real life, the bill for your lack of character always arrives, and it doesn't accept payment in rehearsed apologies. "It's so easy to gloat over a widow's pain when your classmates are applauding. The desperation of humility only shows up when the reputation bill knocks on the door of the real world." -Mooska"

Zombie Apocalypse

" Working at Oculus would have been an utter waste of my time except for one thing. While I was there, I realized what's wrong with leftists. Not that they have been programmed, that's obvious. Not why they have been programmed. For power, that's obvious, too. But how they have been programmed. The exact method that their moral compass has been destroyed works like this: Target a bunch of people with very few deeds and accomplishments, such as young people or incompetent people, or incompetent young people. Create for them an environment where they are rewarded with moral approval, not for what they do, but for believing certain ideas. The ideas don't have to be outrageous, or absurd, or have anything to do with what you actually need them to believe. In fact, it's better to start with something innocuous. Why? Because the goal isn't to install those beliefs at all. The goal is to repeat this process until you create a person who measures his moral worth by what he believes, not what he does. Keep at this until you have created a mass of people who not only reward themselves with a feeling of moral superiority for believing the right things, but who will reward each other for believing orthodox things, and who will compete with each other, not to do the most good, but to have the most orthodox beliefs. Now, change one of the propositions you have programmed them with to a slightly more radical version of itself, and hold this up as a more correct version of the old belief, which has been newly discovered by scholarly investigations into culture and moral philosophy. Sit back, watch, and give them a few weeks to compete with each other to adopt the new belief, and to condemn the "evil" of anyone who believes the old belief, the very thing they believed last month. Repeat this process until they are used to rapidly changing their entire belief system in response to an external cue. Congratulations, you have a population of entirely programmable people whose moral compass is not just broken, but entirely non-existent. They don't care what any person in front of them actually does. Only that he believe the orthodox thing, which they just learned about in last week's memo. They are willing to do anything, so long as it is done in support of their current belief system, which can be replaced whenever it's convenient to do so. They are willing to burn down an entire city with no qualms whatsoever if they are doing it in support of the idea that black lives matter. They are willing to murder a man in front of his children, and it doesn't matter if his actions were entirely peaceful and good, because all that matters to them is whether he believes the correct things or not. And a man who builds cheap spaceflight for the human race, develops viable electric cars to save the environment, restores voices to the voiceless, and plans, for his next trick, to heal the blind... well, all those are deeds, so none of them matter. The only thing that matters is that he told people to vote republican once, which is wrongthink. So what you have a horde of communist zombies, who can be steered to shuffle in any direction and attack the living, eat their brains, and turn them into more zombies. Once someone becomes one of the zombies, you can't cure him, because a moral compass can only be repaired by understanding the consequences of actions in a new way... and they don't care about actions or consequences. They only care about beliefs, and not about consequences at all. Their moral compasses aren't just broken. They are absent. There's nothing to repair. "

No Kings. Really, There Are No Kings.

" No Kings explained for people who think they're fighting fascism. You're standing in a crowd on Saturday. You look around and think yeah. No Kings. This is what democracy looks like. Bro. You're holding a sign made by a communist billionaire who lives in Shanghai. You live in a constitutional republic. Elections. Term limits. A free press that spent four years calling the president a fascist without one journalist being arrested. The modern left's definition of fascism: You love your country? Fascist. You want to enforce the border? Racist. You think parents should raise their kids? Bigot. You want to know who's voting in your elections? Jim Crow. Being patriotic is fascism to the modern left. But every country has borders and enforces them. 176 countries require ID to vote. That's the definition of a country. But the Democratic establishment told you otherwise. And you believed them. Congress has a 15% approval rating. 80% of Americans disapprove. 97% of incumbents got re-elected. Chuck Schumer. 46 years. Longer than Stalin. Steny Hoyer. 45 years. Longer than Mao. Mitch McConnell. 42 years. 5x more than Napoleon. Nancy Pelosi. 39 years. Longer than Henry VIII. Maxine Waters. 35 years. Longer than Mussolini. Bernie Sanders. 35 years. Triple Hitler's entire reign. Trump. 5 years and 3 months. Won the popular vote and the electoral vote. But Trump is the king. Okay buddy. You don't hate kings. You hate kings that aren't yours. And they have you in the streets carrying their water. The Democratic Party installed a president without letting you vote. Biden quit on a Sunday. By Tuesday your queen was crowned. No primary. No debate. No ballot. First time since 1968. Three days before your march every Senate Democrat voted against photo ID to vote. During COVID you carried a vaccine card everywhere like a hall pass from the government just to eat at a restaurant. But getting a birth certificate or waiting two hours at the DMV to prove you're a citizen before you vote? That's oppression. The Democratic Party is pro illegal immigration. Counts non-citizens in the Census. Census determines congressional seats. More non-citizens means more seats means more power. No voter ID means no way to check. That's how you keep power without wearing a crown. Biden built a censorship machine. Pressured Facebook to suppress true information and admitted it in writing. Censored scientists. Censored doctors. Censored JOKES. The Biden White House told Facebook to remove "humor and satire." They literally went after people for making fun of them. UK does it better tho... Everything they censored turned out to be right. They just outsourced the silencing to Silicon Valley. And it doesn't stop at speech. The extreme left justifies taking children from families. Six thousand schools rewrite children's identities without telling parents. And the State has the right to intervene. The Hitler Youth did this. Mao's Red Guards did this. The Soviets built statues of a child who reported his own father. Same playbook. During Covid, your bakery got shut down. Church closed. You couldn't hold your dying mother's hand at the hospital. But thousands packed together during BLM to burn Minneapolis and THAT was essential civic engagement. Obviously. $2 billion in damage. 25 dead. 2,000 cops injured. 20 states burning. VP Kamala promoted a bail fund for the rioters. No investigation. No hearings. January 6. One building. Few hours. 1,000 prosecuted. Two years of televised hearings. Kings decide which violence counts. The left decided. Charlie Kirk spent his life walking onto campuses asking for honest debate. He was assassinated. CSIS terrorism database. 2025 is the first year in 30 years that left-wing attacks outnumber right-wing. Yet no one brings this up. 75% of liberal students say preventing a speaker from talking is justified. 27% say violence is acceptable. Liberals who went to Trump rallies: "I never felt unsafe." "The experience changed me." They say. Conservatives who show up on liberal campuses get screamed at, blocked, and assassinated. One side talks. The other side screams. The Party for Socialism and Liberation marched Their stated purpose in their own words: "Revolution." Not reform. But Marxism. 500 groups. $3 billion in revenue. Pre-printed signs. The signs were ready before you were even angry. AND its all coming again .... if the left gain any power."
