Speaking of false narratives being repeated without any fact checking, this one is good.
Frey keeps whining about how outnumbered the MPD is by federal LE. While this is True (although mostly the fault of Frey and Walz), the reality is that local and state LEO (by local I'm referring to only a few of the first ring suburbs, and the two urban counties) are NOT outnumbered by ICE. Using publicly available numbers for MPLS, STP, Hennepin county, Ramsey county, MN State Patrol, and THREE of FIFTEEN first ring suburbs gets to parity with the @3000 Ice officers. I'm not including the MANG or the other TWELVE first ring suburbs, nor that over ONE HUNDRED additional subrubs, nor the rest of the seven country metro. In short, this "outnumbered" narrative being pushed by Walz, Frey, and the media is simply false on at least two levels.

Everything about their narrative is false. It's all based on their irrational hatred of Trump. They can't stand that a guy like him can be so successful at improving things for all Americans. Trump's like the Muggsy Bogues of presidents, and the left can't believe how often and how easily Trump dunks on them.
What I still find surprising is how readily the lemmings lap this garbage up. Frey or Walz spews something and they just accept and parrot whatever they say without even bothering to fact check it.
That the whole thing could have been avoided by MSP simply coordinating with ICE to turn over those who have orders of deportation, doesn't even hit their radar. If the protesters put as much effort into getting these criminal illegal aliens out of town as they are putting into helping them/working against ICE, we'd be done with the whole thing by now.
Dan commented and ignored my request that he refrain from using inflammatory terms that have no basis in fact at this point.
It’s strange to see Dan supporting someone who went to an allegedly peaceful protest, armed and without ID, and who then engaged in what appears to be at least one violent action.
The point of this post still stands, the media and government are pushing a false narrative and are inflaming the protesters while impeding the enforcement of federal law.
It’s strange that there are other blue cities that don’t have the rhetoric and violence we see here. It’s strange that many cities are seeing vastly more criminal illegal aliens being dealt with, yet no violence.
Maybe, just maybe, it’s a MN thing because the government taught the “protesters” that they can get away with pretty much anything.
Very hard to believe that Dan would engage in behavior he roundly prohibits at his own Blog of Lies and Perversions.
No it’s not, the double standard is strong with this one.
