Seems to me that the average black voter is smart enough to realize that Biden choosing a black, woman VP is simply pandering and isn't likely to sway those who've already decided to vote against him.

Dismal support? Not according to a recent Washington Post poll...

Of course, you’re right. The poor candidate running against Trump has absolutely zero impact on why people may or may not vote for Trump.
So nice that Dan actually provides the WaPo poll...WAIT!! He didn't, did he?
At the same time, there was no clear link to either of the polls cited in the links, either. Yet, Dan believes his one poll is more an accurate representation than the two Craig cites...simply because he likes the results.
One notable point is the suggestion that due to the polling data, Biden MUST choose a black woman as VP in order to win back those he lost to Trump. I can't imagine that blacks aren't insulted by such a suggestion...that they are so stupid and easy to manipulate drafting a black woman VP is all that's necessary to win them over. And Dan wants to pretend it's Trump and the GOP who are racist!!! They so easily prove their own racism with nearly every word they utter! Incredible!
After 2016, I don't put much faith in polls, but it's interesting to see those who cite polls as evidence of things react to polls that don't tell them what they want.
Obviously, black voters are smart enough to realize that Biden picking a black woman is simply cynical pandering.
