Three stories that have gotten a lot of press recently that haven't held up under scrutiny.
1. Bathrobe guy. The fact that he was harboring two sex offenders pretty much removes any sympathy that most people would have for him.
2. Tear gas family. The narrative was that this innocent family was driving home and was brutally tear gassed for no reason. We now learn that the parents left their kids in the car and joined the rioting.
3. The "disabled" woman. Again, she wasn't some random person driving by, but actually was a professional agitator who was right in the middle of the action.
It is strange that so many of the ASPL narratives, (10,000 unarmed black men, "Hands up, don't shoot", Floyd wasn't high on fentanyl, BLM was just trying to help people, various "noose" reports, Smollett's scam, for a few examples) simply don't hold up to scrutiny. Yet, despite this, the ASPL continue to repeat these discredited narratives as if they are True.

The other example is the 5 year old kid who's picture is all over the news. The story is that he was "kidnapped" by ICE, when the reality seems to be that his father ran away and abandoned him to ICE and his mother wouldn't take custody. ICE agents kept him safe while they found the father, then they sent them both to a facility for processing. The narrative being pushed is that ICE "kidnapped" the boy and sent him (alone) to a facility somewhere else. This willingness, on the part of the MSM and the agitators to massage the facts to tell a story that obscures the Truth, is simply par for the course. The existence of a lengthy track record of the ASPL/AWFUL clinging to false narratives to justify whatever actions that end up being taken, is the problem.
The problem with your attacks is that you're focusing on minutia which may or may not change, while I'm focusing on the manipulation of the narrative to justify illegal/violent/disruptive action.

IN the case of the two fine, upstanding, gentlemen living with bathrobe guy, they had gone through all of the due process that was needed. AS for bathrobe guy, what "due process" specifically was he denied? Are LE not allowed to detain those who do not cooperate until they finish their investigation? How is bathrobe guy cooperating with the search for the sex offenders a violation of "due process"?
It's like you're just repeating some catch phrases that you heard from someone else and adding in vitriol and hatred.

The problem with Dan's sudden concern for "human rights" is that it ignores the human rights violations visited on innocent US citizens by illegal aliens, and facilitated by blue state "justice" systems intended to benefit illegal aliens (and their votes) at the expense of their victims. To pretend as if "due process" is all of a sudden some sacred cow, and that the criminal illegal aliens with convictions/deportation orders have been denied "due process" is absurd. To further pretend that bathrobe guy was denied "due process" or that he does not have a "due process" means to aggress his grievances is also absurd.
I've noted before, and linked to a NYT piece, that a significant part of the problem is the refusal of local LE to cooperate with the federal government. I posted a comparison of Nashville v. MSP to show how things could happen. But we're seeing local LE actively making things worse in MSP.

The best available information showed the the two sex offenders being sought were or had been at that address. But, let us take a look at some things.
1. It now appears that one of the sex offenders was in jail at the time of the raid. Cooperation with local LE would have avoided at least some of this situation. "Sanctuary" policies denied ICE this information.
2. If these guys were not there or had not been there for w while, cooperation would have made that clear.
3. There was no "Torture". Much like your false, inflammatory, claims of "murder", any further unproven references to "torture" will be aborted.
