And somebody needs to say it!!!!!” The real problem holding people back isn’t missing “economic opportunity.” It’s a culture that refuses to show up on time, work consistently, or take ownership of building anything lasting. Bad attitudes, unreliable effort, and the inability to manage or be managed doom restaurants, businesses, and communities before they start. You can’t scale anything, a single restaurant or a global chain, when the workforce won’t do the right thing. Uncomfortable truths about work ethic that explain far more than the usual excuses ever will. Happy Juneteenth."

" REMINDER! Before the libs decide to try and create their own definition of what Juneteenth is, allow me to help you all out with a short history lesson. It’s the day when black individuals found out that the first Republican President had signed the Emancipation Proclamation freeing them from the physical bondage of the Democrat Party. It was two years later, on July 4th 1867, that 150 of those same Black men met in Houston and established the Republican Party of Texas. The Democrats, in response, established the Ku Klux Klan. Today, the Democrats are economically enslaving Blacks and have turned inner city communities into modern plantations of welfare and economic dependence. Juneteenth is a celebration of why the Republican Party was established in 1854, the abolition of slavery. Only a flaming incompetent idiot would give the party of the donkey any credit for Juneteenth. Hope this helps!"
