Sowell is one of my favorite scholars, favorite commentator, and I've read several of his books! He is an outstanding genius.
Yes to all of the above. Unfortunately he has one characteristic that disqualifies him from being taken as seriously as he should be. He's black and the ASPL can't abide a black man who says the things he says.
