How is it possible that someone with 73 felonies on their record  is free to kill more people?

This is fascinating, someone who's sentence Biden commuted was rearrested for another violent crime.   I know, I know, Biden's defenders will argue that Biden didn't know that the auto pen signed this particular document.

This fine, upstanding, father has a rap sheet that includes the following.   Can anyone make a coherent argument why he should not be deported?   Failing that, why he should not be in prison.

-lewd and lascivious acts with a CHILD -battery of a spouse -domestic battery -compensation for prostitution -felony reentry after removal

"University leaders are finally admitting that the tsunami of “Palestine” insanity that swept through college campuses after October 7 wasn’t grassroots. It wasn’t organic. It wasn’t even student-led. It was imported, coordinated, and scripted by organized foreign networks, including the Islamic Republic of Iran. Vanderbilt’s chancellor: "It's more than a social contagion. They’re organized networks." Syracuse’s chancellor: “I really believe this came from Iran. There weren’t even many of our own students involved.” 🚨 Avril Haines, the former U.S. Director of National Intelligence, confirmed Iran provided financial support to these “protesters” 🚨 Hostages held in Gaza say their Hamas captors openly bragged about working with their U.S. allies in the media and on college campuses. 🚨 A lawsuit against Columbia students revealed they circulated a Hamas “Day of Resistance Toolkit” one day after the October 7th terrorist invasion. That toolkit praised the bloodshed and told students to keep the “resistance” going. This wasn’t activism. It was an international jihadist PR campaign. On American soil. Think about that."

This sounds like they're planing an insurrection.

The silence on this tragedy from the usual suspects is amazing. The resilience and faith of those being persecuted is inspiring.

I believe that his terms are acceptable. Whatever you think of the whole uproar about SNAP and other welfare programs, the data that we are seeing about who gets these taxpayer dollars and what they do with those dollars, tells me that the entire thing needs a huge overhaul.

---This is too common now and needs to stop. There is no way someone with multiple felonies should be on the streets. With every crime an individual commits, his penalty should increase. Thus, for a simple theft, a relatively simply punishment. For a second simple theft, an exponentially greater punishment. If the subsequent crime is worse than the first, that too should result in a greater punishment than if the subsequent crimes was the first. By the time one gets to a third, fourth or fifth crime, his time in prison should be decades at least. The fool who claimed treatment keeps us safer than imprisonment needs to have a multi-time convict live in his home since he'll be so much safer with treatment. Treatment doesn't keep us as safe as multi-convicted convicts remaining in prison.

---Clearly, mass commutations and pardons are a bad idea in general. But Biden being senile makes it worse. These cases brought before a president MUST come with a full and detailed explanation justifying the commutation/pardon. The president must review it and present a justification of his own. To what extent this policy can be imposed on the president is subject for debate, but to insist upon truly reasonable justifications is not unreasonable at all. The Pardon Power is not something to be taken lightly, and while we'll likely always disagree with some getting pardoned, most should be understandable to most Americans.

---The YouTube video didn't mention a rap sheet. Did you forget an additional link?

---There are really two issues here:

1. The source of funding, as the links indicate, is absolutely relevant and in this case, abhorrent.
2. The manner in which these protests take place, together with the cowardice of university administrations in regulating them, as is their right, authority and duty.

---Our pastor brought this up during his sermon last Sunday. The emotion in his voice was clear. Let's get a pause on the whining about alleged oppression of perverts by Christians and of Gazans by Israelis and instead pay some attention to the constant murdering of Christians for being Christians by muslims.

---I've seen these stats, too, though I don't know enough from the video about the Iraqi dude to comment on that. The SNAP program...as well as other government programs...have been bastardized by the Dems to bribe for votes. But even in the cases of legitimate refugees or asylum seekers, aid should never be unlimited. Foreigners need to know that we aren't just a place to receive handouts and none will be given.

Yeah, the recent rash of high profile cases of people with dozens of arrests/convictions for felonies who commit additional violent crimes is outrageous and absolutely must. That the ASPL/DFL refuses to get on board with this can only help the GOP going forward.

The whole pardon thing is out of control, yet the Biden situation where lord knows how many pardons were auto signed without Biden even knowing is simply beyond any sense of appropriate.

I'll try, but I did list the previous charges/convictions.

I agree that those are two serious problems, The lack of protection that these universities gave to Jewish students is appalling and should result in legal action.

The reality is that the Global Left is not going to weep for Christians, no matter how bad the oppression actually is. Islam is untouchable when atrocities are committed in it's name. If it's not Israel, it's not genocide. Ignoring the fact that the Gaza war was an example of far exceeding the "allowable" number of civilian casualties.

I've seen several people calling for welfare recipients to not be able to vote, because they'll simply vote for the candidates that bribe them with the most welfare $$$$. Non citizens should also not be eligible, except under some specific circumstances. The guy at the city council meeting should start packing now.
