Not to quibble (though I'm going to right now), but the chick looks like she's waving, and the putz looks like he's raising a fist, which is not how the nazi "seig heil" salute is done.
That's kind of the point. The ASPL claimed that any raising of any arm by a conservative was a NAZI salute, this is simply applying the same standards to them.
