Yeah, the vast number of illegal aliens also pushes costs up with inflated demand, especially at lower price points.
But government regulations are killing affordable housing in the areas where it’s needed.
I’m not sure that there is enough gold in existence to have maintained the gold standard, but wholeheartedly agree that printing money the way we have is part of the problem.
