The key is the "equal rights under the law and being left alone" part. People are free to engage in all sorts of behaviors that are harmful, sinful, or otherwise not "normal", and to be left alone to do so.

From where did you get this idea? This doesn't comport with the founders' idea of what liberty is and is meant to be. This is "license", not liberty. And certainly, not everything he claims to want to be left alone to do are things for which he has no actual right to do. Most specifically "having kids".
What's more, by virtue of his posting this comment, he's as much an activist as any other of his kind. He's still demanding acceptance by wanting to be left alone. It's the same with all sinners.
Yeah, it’s crazy to think that people should be allowed to engage in behavior that can be sinful, harmful, or not normal in the privacy of their home. You wanna drink or drug yourself to excess or n your living room, have at it. You wanna have sex with a willing partner of legal age, in whatever combination you choose (in your house) go for it. Tattoos, sure. Willingly amputating body parts to cosplay a pirate, have at it on your dime. If it’s in private, I don’t particularly care. If it’s in public, then it becomes something else.
If someone wants my opinion or help, I’m all in. If they don’t, I’ll be civil and let them go their own way.
Yeah, thrives, embezzlers, gluttons, the envious, the necropheliacs, porn addicts, lists pretty much all prefer the dark instead of the light (to paraphrase Jesus) and to be left alone. Yet, I don’t hear you putting this much effort into complaining about any of those people.

As I say to the FB homosexuals who pose this challenge, which of them is pushing an agenda for legal recognition and protective status as has the homosexual? Are there any necro-pride events of which you're aware? Any envious people perverting the 14th Amendment to their advantage? And if anyone began an FB page against embezzling, would we likely see embezzlers flocking to it to call opponents of embezzlers "hateful, nazi-like bigots" like Dan calls opponents of homosexuality? I don't think so. But should anyone care to discuss any of these sins, I'll be happy to weigh in.

But it's his cause. He just doesn't like to see the full extent of the perversion publicized for all to see because it rightly reflects badly on him, even though he wants to be regarded as "normal". But that's exactly what the outrageous types are doing, too.
The problem with your response is that many of the things I mentioned have already received a significant degree of acceptance. Which doesn’t diminish the harm/sinfulness of the behaviors.
In this case, I’d argue that porn (which is widely accepted) is a much bigger societal problem than the gay couples who keep to themselves.
If you want to rail against the ABC agenda, go for it, But to ignore the splintering of the ABC ranks and to ignore the fact that there are allies to be had when it comes to the “transing”, kids, baby buying, abortion for all, and pedophilia normalization, feel free.
Yeah, his cause is “leave me out of your BS”, what a radical notion to not want to be used to advocate for an agenda you disagree with.
