Who could possibly be surprised that the DFL would do something like this?

" In July, Democratic Rep. Angie Craig said Flanagan "continues to take absolutely no accountability for any of the fraud issues" and keeps blaming the governor. THE FRAUD: Flanagan was Lieutenant Governor while billions in alleged fraud tore through Minnesota's social services programs. Second in command. On watch. Zero accountability. THE ECONOMY: She backs a $17 national minimum wage and Medicare-for-All, which would end private insurance for millions. Small businesses and farmers can't take that hit. THE ICE PLEDGE: She vowed to "rip ICE apart." That's not leadership. That's chaos. THE DEBATES: She's agreed to just one debate, on public radio, and still no statewide TV debate. What is she hiding from? Minnesota deserves a Senator who owns her record, not one who runs from it."

Will Dan, the DFL, and the ASPL side with the Iranian Republican Guard in the upcoming elections?  Talk about siding with the oppressors and being on the wrong side of history.

"A DEMOCRAT PROSECUTOR compared sexu*l abu$e of a SEIZING PATIENT to “TOUCHING” in a bar. Then she gave the perpetrator JUST 30 DAYS IN JAIL. A Tucson ER nurse was caught on camera undressing and fondling a female patient who was incapacitated by seizures and medication. Jadd Gebrial Sarah, 48, was working as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Banner-University Medical Center when the abu$e occurred on Feb. 2, 2026. The patient had been admitted for seizures and was connected to an EEG monitoring system with a camera inside her room. Court records say the footage showed Sarah removing the woman’s clothing above the waist, taking off her bra and fondling her breasts. Investigators said the seizures and medication left her with “no ability to resist.” The woman later told police that Sarah touched and pinched her breasts. Sarah reportedly admitted that he “screwed up” and said he did not know why he had done it. He was initially charged with s*xual abu$e, aggravated as$ault and vulnerable-adult abu$e. Prosecutors ultimately allowed him to plead guilty to a single class-five felony count of s*xual abu$e. Judge Howard Fell sentenced Sarah to 30 days in the Pima County Jail, three years of supervised probation and 50 hours of community service. Sarah must also register as a s*x offender. Democratic Pima County Attorney Laura Conover defended the plea deal during an interview with KOLD. “It sounded like a s*x as$ault had occurred, a r*pe, a molestation... and this was a touching,” she said. Conover compared the crime against an incapacitated hospital patient to “unwanted brief touching” that occurs “in every bar across America every night.” She argued that the agreement secured a felony conviction, supervision and Sarah’s “removal from the medical profession for life.” Sarah surrendered his nursing license, but he is legally eligible to apply for reinstatement AFTER THREE YEARS. Conover said she believes approval is highly unlikely. The victim’s family said they do not believe justice was served. Her attorney is preparing a civil case against Banner Health. A woman entered an emergency room during one of the most vulnerable moments of her life. The nurse entrusted with her care violated her while a camera recorded it. Thirty days is not justice."

No, humanity is not depraved and the ASPL don't support/condone/enable this sort of depravity by failing to appropriately punish criminals.

Does any country really want immigrants that sink their own boat in a machete fight?

He could be seen laughing with them, giving high fives and jumping up and down. Bagayoko is the mayor of 150 000 people, of which around 90% are immigrants, second-generation migrants and third-generation migrants."

"Only on Crime Watch: One of the colored-shirt skittles crew ("violence interrupters") Saaundre Julian Burns, 44, of Brooklyn Park, has been charged with three counts of 1st degree drug sales and felon in possession of a firearm. Photos from TOUCH Outreach's website show Burns as part of the crew. Charges say police observed a suspicious vehicle near 21st and Chicago Ave (illegal parking, expired registration) and pulled it over. Burns was the driver and two others were in the vehicle, including John Lee Daniels of Chicago, and a female not identified by name, who had warrants. The female was arrested and found to have drug paraphernalia and suspected meth and cocaine in her purse. Pat downs ensued of all occupants and a PC search was made upon the vehicle. Daniels was found to have a firearm in his waistband with a round in the chamber. Under the driver's seat, a stolen pistol with a loaded magazine and round in the chamber. Deputies also found numerous quantities of controlled substances, including: - 58.26 grams of marijuana in the center console - 7 grams of marijuana on Daniels' person - In the locked glovebox, 27.6 grams of field tested positive cocaine, 11.45 grams of field tested positive cocaine packaged into 36 bindles which is indicative of sale, 14.38 grams (37 pills) of suspected MDMA which field tested positive for methamphetamine, 26.7 grams of a pink powder which field tested positive for cocaine and fentanyl, plastic baggies, a digital scale, and black latex gloves. Deputies were able to access the glovebox with a key from the key fob. Deputies recovered a digital scale in the glove box, three cell phones belonging to Daniels, three cell phones belonging to Burns, $7,784 cash on Daniels, and $621 cash on Burns. The cash and phones indicate both defendants were engaged in the sale of controlled substances. In a post-Miranda statement, Daniels admitted to possessing the firearm on his person and the firearm in the bag on the front passenger floor area. He said he is currently unemployed. Daniels has the prior felony convictions: - 3rd Degree Possession - convicted 12/08/25 Burns has the following prior felony convictions: - 1st Degree Possession - convicted 01/16/14 - 2nd Degree Sale - convicted 10/16/18 Both remain in custody on $400,000 bail each.."

When those paid big money to use alternative methods to stop crime actually engage in crime, things are pretty much screwed. At least they have to post cash bail.

BOT, (I've got a lot to get through in the next couple of days so be prepared)

History

I don't know which thread this was in, bit Dan was whining about my noting that data indicates that left wing political violence and approval of political violence is a growing problem.  I can't help but note that I posted on this data over a year ago.

Day 10

 https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BrxxB4rVr/

" Abortion Arguments Series: Day 10 of 10 (Final Day)

"What about rape, incest, and fatal diagnoses?"
I saved the hardest question for last.
For nine days, I’ve argued that the unborn child is an innocent human being, and that ending an innocent human life is wrong. Now comes the territory where holding that principle is agonizingly difficult.
Let’s start with fatal diagnoses.
Much of what parents are told is a "fatal diagnosis" is actually an early screening test (NIPT), which carries false-positive rates of 40 to 70 percent for rare conditions like trisomy 18 and 13.
When a lethal condition is confirmed, the humane answer isn't a rushed procedure in a clinic; it is perinatal hospice and palliative care. That model allows parents to meet their baby, hold him, love him, and provide comfort care for whatever time he has. No parent should be told "there's no hope, here's the clinic" without also being told "and here's what it looks like to meet and cherish your child anyway."
Now, when it comes to rape and incest.
Let’s start where we should always start: with the woman.
She was the victim of a horrific, violent crime. None of it was her fault. Her attacker belongs in prison for the rest of his life. She deserves justice, medical care, trauma counseling, and every ounce of support a community can give her. Anyone who discusses this subject without saying that first has lost their moral compass.
I also know the last thing a woman who lived through that wants is a man who never will telling her what to do. So first, listen to some of the women who have lived it.
I’m not claiming these voices represent every woman. Many who abort after an assault report relief, but the women below are almost never heard in this debate, and their reality matters just as much.
Women like Nicole Cooley and Pam Messina, both assaulted, who chose abortion because people told them it would help them move on--only to find that abortion couldn't un-rape them, but instead added a compounding second trauma to heal from. Or Jennifer Christie, assaulted on a business trip, who chose to carry and said that seeing her ultrasound was the first moment she finally didn't feel alone.
Then consider the child.
If biology confirms that a distinct human life begins at conception, then a child conceived in an assault is just as human and innocent as any other. His biological father committed an unspeakable crime, but the baby did not. We do not execute children for the crimes of their fathers anywhere else in law or morality.
Rebecca Kiessling is an attorney and mother of five conceived when her mother was raped at knifepoint. Decades later, she began asking state lawmakers one piercing question: “Did I deserve the death penalty for the crime of my biological father?” We rarely acknowledge there is a living human being on the other side of that choice.
Ending the child’s life cannot undo the assault; it takes a crime with one victim and creates a second. What that mother needs is a community to absorb every shockwave: medical bills, trauma therapy, and, if she cannot raise the child, immediate placement with an adoptive family who will cherish him.
Now, what about the law?
Here is where I distinguish moral truth from legislative prudence. And I know some on my side may disagree with my ultimate conclusion here.
Thomas Aquinas argued 750 years ago that law has to lead a society toward justice at a pace it can actually bear, because laws too far ahead of the people get rejected entirely and accomplish nothing.
Morally, I believe every child has a right to life. But in the voting booth, I will gladly vote for a law that includes exceptions for rape, incest, and fatal anomalies if that is the only law capable of passing today. A statute that legally protects 90 percent of children is infinitely better than an ideological purism that saves none.
Which brings me to the question that I always ask when abortion advocates bring up these tough cases.
Rape, incest, and fatal diagnoses together represent roughly 1 to 2 percent of all abortions.
If we agreed today to legal exceptions for all of those tragic cases, would you support legally protecting the children in the remaining 98 percent?
If yes, our argument is over, and we should be writing a bill together.
If no, then be honest: this was never about rape or fatal diagnoses. Those agonizing cases are being used as human shields to avoid defending why the vast majority of elective abortions should continue.
If the hardest cases are addressed, then the only question left is whether you are willing to protect everybody else.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this series.
PS - I plan to have a book out in a few weeks that puts all of these arguments in one place, expands more on each one and shows how they play out in the real world."
