Harm isn't always bad.

https://www.lifenews.com/2022/12/26/17-years-of-data-on-over-5000-women-shows-abortion-hurts-women/

The piece above references at least a couple of studies that could reasonably lead an unbiased observer to conclude that abortion causes harm to the women who abort, as well as to the aborted child.

On top of the studies that strongly link abortion with increased cancer risk, PTSD or other mental haelth issues, and damage to the reproductive system.

By all means, let's ignore the harm.

Well, it all depends on how one defines "harm", right, as well as who's doing the defining. And also, one must weigh the importance of not doing harm against the self-determination of a woman to do that which will cause herself to be harmed. What's more, is that self-determination more important than the oath another took to do no harm...or don't don't abortionists take that oath?

As always it depends of who has the power to enforce their definition on everyone else. I guess harm is one more thing that'll depend on it's usefulness to an agenda.
