Schumer is simply incapable of telling the Truth on this matter at all. Health insurance costs ARE NOT RISING. they are the same as they've been since the "ACA" (what a joke) was passed. The DFL chose to bilk taxpayers for the massive premium increases by hiding the increases behind subsidies. The DFL passed the "ACA" with no GOP support or involvement, then they passed the subsidies all by themsleves as well. This is a DFL fail.

Senator Peter Welch admits that the DFL "ACA" failed to bring down costs. They want Trump to cover up their failure, rather than actually fix it.

I don't know which of these two things is more concerning. That a judge thinks that they (a lower court judge) can usurp the powers of both the executive and legislative branches of government, or the Klobuchar is too stupid to know what a constitutional nightmare this is. If this judge really wanted to help, couldn't they have just ordered 7 DFLs to vote for the clean CR?

In this MSNBC clip we have Hillary Scholten explaining the importance of continuing the massive Health Insurance Industry corporate welfare program, then contradicting herself by announcing that "We should not be using taxpayer dollars to subsidize health care.".
This entire DFL/MSM/ASPL narrative is simply one lie after another.
FWIW, it looks like Trump has offered to cut the Gordian Knot on this. His proposal is to take the billions of corporate welfare for the insurance companies and put it directly in the hands of the people and allow them more freedom in choosing their health insurance, rather than being forced into over priced, poorly performing government mandated plans.

The entire shutdown circus is of Democrat design. They are like Dan's blog...the Blog of Lies and Perversions. The Democrat Party is the Party of Lies and Perversions.
Absolutely, they've (except for a few brave souls) sold their souls to the health insurance industry and insane amounts of corporate welfare. Who would have thought that the parties would have completely switched on this issue so quickly. The DFL wants to spend big money to subsidize crappy plans from health insurers who are making big money, and the GOP wants to cut off the flow.
It wasn't that long ago that the ASPL cheered the guy who murdered the UHG president in cold blood as a blow against the insurance industry and the high pay of CEOs. Little did we know that it was the DFL who was responsible for inflating insurance company profits, and CEO pay through borrowed dollars that our grandchildren will be paying back for their entire lives.
