So, the UK has to provide immigrants with a pamphlet which tells the immigrants that rape is not acceptable behavior in the UK.
1. In what culture or cultures is rape acceptable?
2. Why would the leadership of any country welcome thousands of immigrants from a culture which was unaware that rape was unacceptable.
3. If you already had enough evidence that a culture considered rape as acceptable behavior, based on thousands of rapes by people of that culture, why would you not immediately jail or deport those of that culture immediately?
Is this not a problem that can be laid at the feet of the political leadership?
