Given the reality that the rapists in these instances are virtually all Muslims, doesn't allowing unfettered Muslim immigration seem less attractive?   Is this not an example of a government literally welcoming known rapists?   There is much outrage over the Cornell thing, but this doesn't seem to bother the ASPL much at all.
