What happens to our society’s view of children when they are separated from the act of sex between loving parents, but become products created in a laboratory?
Society's view of children is pretty low today already, don't you think? Adults act incapable of controlling their sexual urges to the point that they'll murder their own unborn rather than abstain or neuter themselves. Then they raise the kids they don't kill to have the same low regard and lack of discipline.
They care so little about their kids that they'd rather leave them vulnerable to attack rather than arm the people in whose charge they leave their kids.
They care so little about their kids that they'll allow the kids to dictate what sex they are and then enable the kids in their confusion.
As to your question, there is already an agenda that separates the reproductive act from the children it is designed to bring forth.
