You find THAT "absolutely hilarious..."?

Conservatives are weird and unclear on the concept of humor, sadly.

Why yes, yes I do. I find the notion that the liberal teacher was unintentionally making arguments that the ASPL would call "fascist" as justification to force this guy to leave public property hilarious. That she was unaware that she was making his points for him, equally so. The hypocrisy and double standards of the left are always good for a laugh. Her assumption that land that the school sits on was private property and that she had the authority to demand that the interviewer leave was icing on the cake.

The complete lack of awareness is a special gift.

I'd be willing to bet that he could replicate that encounter at virtually any school in the country.

Dan doesn't find it funny because he sees himself in that teacher, and likely responded in his mind similarly to her as the dude expressed himself as he did to set her up.

As to how he saw himself, that's another issue. Did he see himself as totally agreeing with the teacher, or did he see himself exposed as the same fool as she exposed herself as being? I hope it's the latter, but I fear it's the former.

I agree that you have a likely scenario. The ASPL don't often see their own hypocrisy in things like this and even when confronted with the inconsistency she continued to double down on her demands. Demands she likely didn't have the authority to make in the first place.

I suspect that how Dan sees himself might not always comport with reality.
