I've never been a huge fan of Nebraska. It's flat, boring, and the appear to worship an ear of corn in overalls. But, who knew that they drank horse semen.

I think the report said "ingested". Given that ingested usually means that it entered the body through the mouth, and the the substance is liquid(ish), drank seems appropriate. But, you just never know.
I was tempted to add the second t to "but" and decided that I probably shouldn't.
