The USA has probably the same percentages, or perhaps more, due to all the illegals and Muslims invading the USA.
But Norway has the courage to track the data. Too many in the US have a financial interest in obfuscation of the data.
The ASPL holds up Norway as a paradise with no understanding of Norways financial base.
