“Oh Lord, knower of all hearts, ruler of all governments, don’t let a good man be destroyed by lies, and don’t let a liar on the supreme court.“
While I agree with the sentiment, I’d venture to say that everyone who’s ever been a Supreme Court Justice is a liar.

On the other hand, I'm relatively certain that not one of the Supreme Court justices has ever been "not a liar." Lying is what we humans do (since we are so influenced by the father of lies). But, seriously, is the primary objection to Kavanaugh that they think he lied? I doubt it. He is guilty (not might be) of whatever the accuser has said he is without trial or opportunity to defend himself. Guilty until proven ... oh, well, I guess proving innocence can't happen in cases like this anymore.
