You're obviously unclear on the concept. Gender is a social construct, including so-called "male genitalia." If it is on a self-identified female, it's clearly a female penis. Get with it, man. The next thing you'll be telling us is that men can't get pregnant!

Personally, I don't think it matters if it's a male penis or a female penis. I just don't think people should be forced to touch someone else's nether regions.
