Men commit sexual offenses at a rate of 395 per 1,000,000
"Trans" women commit sexual offenses at a rate of 1,916 per 1,000,000
That seems like a significant difference to me.

I'm shocked, shocked I say. (SATIRE) Well, since "trans" women are still men, it's no wonder they have such high rate of sexual assault--after all, the get to the places where women are most vulnerable and in a state of undress!
I agree that it's SHOCKING. I also agree that all of the above facilitates the increase. But, given that they are biologically men you'd assume that they'd offend at the same rate as men. It doesn't make sense that they offend at a rate 5x that of men. Obviously the data is the data, but it would be interesting to find out of there's some explanation.
