For those who worship data as the be all and end all of every discussion, and for whom peer reviewed science is the gold standard of information, I wonder how long it's possible to stay committed to a narrative when the evidence against that narrative continues to grow.

When literally every aspect of the narrative that demanded that every child who expressed any questions about their "gender role" be "transed" immediately,  is being undermined by the data, what could possibly be next to support these barbarians.

I understand the "trans medical complex", they stand to make millions doing unnecessary surgeries and (depending on their disclosures and procedures) want to keep the gravy train going as long as possible.  Hopefully between well written disclosures and hold harmless agreements and insurance they can make out like bandits until someone finally puts a stop to the insanity.

But the average schmucks who simply parrot the talking points and re post the propaganda, how long will they hold out in the face of "The SCcence

To answer your final question, I'd say they'll never give up the narrative. As they routinely assign blame for the problems they and their kind cause, there's a lot of people upon whom they can project their sins before they have to consider it's all on them.

I cannot think of a situation where the ASPL have given up one of their narratives entirely. It seems more common that they modify their narratives (much like Dan's done with his "God blesses gay marriage" claim), as a way to cling to the narrative, and ignore any contrary evidence. The recent increase in ASPL/"trans" high profile shootings is one example, let alone the adulation for Mangione and the DC shooter in some quarters of the ASPL. That they blame others for the problems they cause, is to be expected.
