Watch this exchange with Rep Tlaib and explain to me how someone this stupid got elected to congress. Her "supply driven" v. "demand driven" terms are simply two ways to say the same thing. That she is ignorant of the fact that Fed rates don't really affect mortgage rates. The primary drivers of the lack of affordable housing are costs of materials and government regulations. When you are building an affordable home and you spend $75-100,000 in fees before you even dig the hole, it's impossible to make that house affordable.

Who elected her? Stupid LEFTISTs who vote Demokrat.
There are all too many voters who will vote for idiots because of their party affiliation. We've got more than our share up here.
This is hilarious because she's literally making up terms for both sides of the same phenomenon, supply and demand.
I like how she gets up and leaves. She claims she's not properly informed and confused and wanted to be educated. Leaving the room won't help get that done.
It also seems to me that if she didn't understand the terms she abused, she might have gotten herself educated before daring to question anyone on that which has no understanding. This particular hearing seems the wrong time learning.
Of course she's stupid. I'm unaware of a woman in the party who isn't because I would think that the more intelligent would be getting attention on the strength of their being the smart ones. But no. We get to hear from this moron, from Omar, AOC, Crockett and a host of others.
It's not like she doesn't have access to resources and staff who could help her not look like an idiot in public. I'm impressed that the answers given took the idiocy seriously.
FYI, MTG has been looking pretty stupid lately as well.
How so?
Her stuff on the Iran nuke bombings for starters.
I've not heard anything about her expressing her stuff. Have you a link?
Belay my last. I found "Hill" article which speaks of her criticizing Mark Levin. I think the rift between conservatives on this issue is based on not understanding the other side's arguments. Her take on Levin's position on Trump in general...based on this article (https://thehill.com/homenews/media/5366097-marjorie-taylor-greene-mark-levin-donald-trump-us-iran-strikes/)...suggests she's not a regular listener/viewer of Levin. He became a fan of Trump no longer ago than the middle of his first term and a supporter since then.
So there are two conservative opinions at odds over this incident: one side fears a "forever war", while the other knows islamic mullahs with nukes is a bad idea for the world, including ourselves. Each side seems to be overstating the position of the other in my opinion, as I see value in the underlying premise of each.
In any case, I don't think that necessarily makes her stupid because of the concern she has, which isn't itself stupid. Can't say the same about Tlaib and most shrews of the left.
I'd have to go back and look as I wasn't going to post about it and didn't save it.
But I remember a long rant about forever wars and her children or something like that. She's a pretty reliable vote, but clearly not particularly intelligent. I've never been particularly impressed with her.

This sounds a little paranoid.

These are some of the more stupid sounding examples.
