I'm not sure I agree that the two situations are analogous, but I do tend to agree with the conclusion. As young men turn increasingly toward Christianity, The Church absolutely needs to provide this group with a spiritual home. Unfortunately this might mean that the trend of feminizing The Church might need to be reconsidered.
