This is an organization dedicated to preparing black boys to become decent, honorable, black men. They teach black boys how to dress, act, and live in a manner that will help them to achieve success in life.

Yet, for some reason, the work that this organization is doing draws a lot of flak from the ASPL. I can't imagine anyone opposing someone putting their time and money into teaching black boys what their families should be teaching them. If I had to guess, I'd say that this will produce so fine men who will do great things.
"I received so may hateful messages about a picture of my students wearing suits a donor sponsored, and it being “respectability politics”.
