"Here’s the argument against abortion in 3 steps (no religion needed)...
1. Intentionally killing innocent, defenseless human beings is always wrong.
2. Abortion always kills an innocent human being.
3. Therefore, abortion is always wrong.
Every atheist on the planet can follow that logic. You don't need a Bible. You don't need a church. You don't need religion at all. You need two premises and a conclusion.
But abortion advocates cannot address this logic directly. They never do. Instead they play word games.
They say "fetus" instead of "human being" as if that changes the species.
Calling it a fetus instead of a human being is like calling a toddler a "post-infant bipedal organism" to make it sound less human.
Fetus is just a stage of development, not a different kind of being. So is infant. So is toddler. So is adolescent. You passed through every one of those stages. None of them changed what you were.. only how far along you were.
They say "clump of cells" as though you aren't also a clump of cells right now, just a bigger one.
They say "healthcare" as though a procedure that intentionally destroys a life 100% of the times it’s performed somehow qualifies as “care”.
They call you a Christian nationalist or a religious extremist because it's easier to assume your motives and attack those than to address your logic.
But the syllogism at the top of this post doesn't come from the Bible. It comes from basic moral reasoning that every functioning civilization in history has recognized.
If the unborn aren't human beings, none of this matters. But if they are (and biologically there is no question that they are), then no word game, no euphemism, and no political slogan changes what abortion is.
It's intentional killing. And the victim is always innocent. And it's always wrong."
