"We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them."
So, the way to stop demonizing people is to engage in broad brush demonization.

Kind of like when Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel banned Chic-fil-A from his city claiming, "We're inclusive here." Umm ... Mr. Mayor ... excluding some and claiming to be inclusive is not being consistent.
“Inclusive” has never really meat including everyone, as it’s used by the left anyway. But what do you expect.
