Seriously, when David Duke gets this supportive, it might be a problem.
I know the response, “You can’t blame Omar for someone who supports her.”, which would be fine except that every time Duke says nice things about anyone in the GOP, y’all instantly jump all over them. What’s good for the goose...

Well, then based on the comments of, say, Dan Trubue, Omar is courting David Duke and other bigots to her cause. And as she's far more blatant than Trump...if we pretend the false allegations against him by people like, say, Dan Trabue, are true...she is far more deserving of public rejection by people like, say, Dan Trabue.
Oh, and vitriol, too. Far more deserving of vitriol. And hate. Far more deserving of hate by people like, say, Dan Trabue.
In terms of who she is courting with this rhetoric, unfortunately it plays well to her base in her district. It’s not something that has been talked about a lot, but her district (and her out of district base) is not uncomfortable with this sort of rhetoric. I’ve experienced a certain casual anti Semitism in that community, they also have a track record of jihadist recruitment that, thankfully,seems to have died down.
Indeed. I read that her district has the dubious distinction of having the most terrorists wanna-be's recruited than any other congressional district in the nation.
But you're right. She definitely must be intentionally appealing to those in her district.
That was true at one point few years ago, but I think it’s tailed off. Local news up here reported it, but it didn’t get much national play.
I think they realize that N Minneapolis (even with more snow coming) is better than Sudan.
Of course the roads aren’t much better.

I feel ya. I'm in Illinois, which just got a whole lot worse since J.B. Pritzker became governor. I think he means to make us first in the nation for declining population. Only NY beats us out for outward migration. We rank 2nd for highest property taxes, and now this jerk hopes to go to a progressive income tax, mandate a state-wide $15 per hr minimum wage and legalize recreational weed so we all stay comfortably numb to how badly we're all screwed. And he ain't no friend to the unborn, either. I may need to win the lottery to be able to leave the state.
