It seems as though we’re getting close to the release of the dreaded Meuller report and the circus that will accompany it. It also seems as though we won’t be seeing any more indictments, which means that the narrative is now in trouble.
I want to put a couple of thoughts out there before the report.
1. Even though it is apparently not illegal or against policy to release damaging information that’s not indictable, the left wants this ignored in its quest for anything that can be used. This sort of selective rule following is becoming more commonplace on the left.
2. All the folx who have been singing Bob’s praises and extolling his virtues, will turn on him in seconds if they don’t get what they want. This isn’t about truth or reality, it’s about a bunch of people who want vengeance no matter what.
Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll get anything definitive enough to shut people up, which is too bad.

If the haters don't get what they want, they'll surely question Mueller's competence or dedication for getting "the truth", but they'll likely just jump to the next attack on Trump. There's that Nadler idiot mounting his own investigation that'll go nowhere.
As to singing the praises of Mueller, Mark Levin had a guest on his FoxNews show, "Life, Liberty & Levin" a few weeks ago. She's an attorney with a list of creds as long as your arm, who opposed Mueller and his "team" in the Enron case. She was NOT singing his praises, and this ploy of threatening people with indictments is a favorite. And he doesn't care who he harms in the process. Don't know if it can be found On Demand, but worth the effort. Very informative.
I also predict that there will be a frenzy of moving goalposts over the next week or so.
“Two plus years, thirty million dollars, our fbi and doj compromised, thousands of fake news stories, millions of people all entranced in a false story of Russia collusion based on oppo research that was always unsubstantiated and preposterous.”
Clinton strategist Mark Penn.
My guess is that this kind of honesty will be rare from the left.
I've been seeing many calls for non-interference by the White House, which hasn't interfered with anything thus far. At least not that anyone's reported. The Desperate Dems are so attached to this need to find something...ANYTHING...they can use to overturn the will of the people and the election. To them, it's far more important than doing the business of country. But then, destroying the country is what they see as their business.
It’s like Dan when he starts to complain about something before it happens, he/they are just setting the stage to ignore the report and complain about something else.
Ultimately they just want any dirt possible, regardless of truth or anything else.
Remember the, “Will you abide by the results of the election.” canard, the answer for the left is clearly “No we won’t.”.
As this pertains to the media. You have media who have been actively promoting the Russia collision narrative, who have chosen to “spin” stories toward falsehood, who are still claiming that indictments are coming, but y’all are willing to give them a pass on every bit of it.
I’d say that I’d have a hard time calling a group of people who’ve chosen this path “friends” of the people.
Now that I think about it, how is callint the media the enemy of the people any different or worse than the attitude Dan and other lefties has towards Trump?
“Democrats are upset that the President of the United States didn’t collude with a foreign government to undermine our elections. If you were wondering whether these people actually give a damn about truth or justice or democracy, there’s your answer.”
“Just remember there are people gravely disappointed that the President didn’t collude with a foreign power. And then remember they may be on a major cable network. And then remember they are not serious people.”
“My God, Democrats are so stupid. So inconceivably stupid. Trump provides plenty of legitimate fodder for criticism but instead they spend two years claiming he’s a secret Russian agent, discrediting themselves and lending more credibility to Trump in the process. Incredible.”
It’s teally not much different from calling Trump a Russian pawn, or whatever.
“The mainstream political media, staffed almost entirely by either Resistance or NeverTrump activists, spent the last 2+ years deliberaately gaslighting the American public because they couldn't handle losing an election. “
“Every journalist & commentator who called Trump an asset of Putin should at a minimum publicly apologize. Then there should be a reckoning for the disinformation they spread;by improperly speculating on something so serious (w/out evidence) THEY managed to play into Putin’s hands.”
“Hands up, don't shoot. Trump's a Russian spy. Kavanaugh ran a secret gang rape cartel. Covington kids assaulted a vet.
Never forget that these lies--and yes, they were outright lies--were deliberately peddled by all the same people for all the same reasons.”
“If you’re crying because it’s been concluded that the leader of the free world isn’t a treasonous foreign agent, are you really in any position to question anyone’s patriotism? ”
“I don’t expect Democrats to be happy that Trump is vindicated. I do expect them to be happy for the country that our election laws were not violated through obstruction or collusion with a foreign power. Why is this sentiment so scarce today?”
“#DonaldTrump has forced us to live through war as a nation for the last two years; he has caused depression, despair, confusion and death. We're not just sick at heart, but literally sick from him; from uncontrollable rage at the thought that he will get away with his crimes.”
“Daily Beast: "Spin it anyway you like, but for the amount of breathless coverage these last two years about every little development in this [Mueller investigation] case, what we are left with is Geraldo Rivera opening Al Capone’s vault."
“CNN put Michael Avenatti on the air SEVENTY-FOUR TIMES over a two-month period to savage Donald Trump. Trump has been vindicated completely in the Russia collusion charade. Avenatti was just charged with extortion. CNN is having a very, very bad day.“
