Christopher Neeley, the uncle of the guy who died while being restrained in an NYC subway, was adamant in demanding that those who restrained him not be given the option of a plea bargain.
Well, Chris managed to get himself in a little jam when he ran from police, was found to be in possession of stolen credit cards, and is wanted for multiple larcenies.
I guess we should apply his standard to him, and not give him to option of a plea bargain.
