Data can be really difficult to deal with sometimes. Given the DFL control of most large urban areas, and of most of the education infrastructure across the country, I cannot see how the DFL escapes responsibility for this. Even if this is "systemic racism" (ignoring the reality that most of the academic support for this notion just went up in smoke), then don't those who control the institutions bear responsibility for what those institutions do?
