I obviously don't agree, yet I do believe that we should have as close to a zero tolerance policy for immigrants as possible. Especially when it comes to felonies.
I just saw someone point out that giving immigrants who've broken the law a free trip back to their home country is an incredibly benign and generous policy. I'd think that shipping these people back to Somalia is a better plan that incarcerating them here.
