Call me crazy, but 10 years seems incredibly light for killing your own baby, unless the baby isn't born yet. Then it's incredibly harsh.

It's incredibly heinous regardless of the age, size and location of the child. Being unborn as yet is no argument for a lighter sentence.
The crime committed doesn't seem like it should get a reduced sentence for any reason. If he does this again, the judge should be punished as well.
Killing the unborn is a sacrament, a wonderful experience, for the ASPL why would there be any sentence for someone doing a wonderful thing?
Sentence should be execution.
