"Clyde Tebug Mutanga, 31, a chronic violent offender we've been posting for years, was just released from prison on parole on Monday. He was taken back into custody 48 hours later on Wednesday by the MNDOC for an unspecified violation.
Mutanga had been in custody on a 60-month** sentence after being convicted on two counts of 2nd degree assault after wielding a knife and threatening to kill two women in the presence of children in April 2022. Mutanga had also been charged with attempted murder in the case, but that was dismissed in a plea deal orchestrated by asst HCA Paige Starkey, even after the Hennepin County Attorney's Office bloviated about seeking aggravated sentencing in the case.
And the sentence was allowed to run concurrent with the sentences in two other felony convictions of 21 and 28 months**."

What a fine  gentleman this guy is, so glad he's on the streets.

"Allow me to quote Letitia James directly: "When powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at the expense of hard-working people." There was no outrage from Dems about Tish's political prosecution of Trump — but now that the shoe is on the other foot, it's a crisis."

James is literally being charged with the same crime she charged Trump with.  I fail to see why this is a problem.   The proof that she lied on her mortgage application in order to get lower interest is pretty irrefutable.

The Soros AGs have got to be voted out ASAP.   They've had their opportunity to run wild, now it's time to elect AGs who'll actually do their jobs.

I doubt it'll happen, but if we ever see the full dataset on crime over the last decade or so, I suspect that we'll find the blue cities have been cooking the books and dispensing unequal justice to make the numbers look better than they are.

One more criminal who should have been locked up years ago, walking the streets killing people.

But TRUMP! Dammit! TRUMP! All the evils and suffering in the world are nothing so long as Trump is still in office.

As prevalent as the repeated release of violent thugs is throughout the nation, it's hard to pretend there's no nefarious intention behind it. But this is what comes from voting Democrat.

I agree that it is hard not to conclude that the wholesale release of violent criminals is not part of a larger strategy. As long as they can facilitate the high crime and blame it on someone else, I guess it's a campaign thing. Fortunately, their base seems to be catching on and the right is aggressively pursuing the issue by making it obvious so maybe it'll change some.
