Hypothetically?

What if the single largest spill of toxic waste into a freshwater river system was happening right now? What is the source of this spill was from a leak in the sewage system in a DFL controlled state/city?What if the usual suspects who protest things like oil spills weren't interested in protesting this?  What if the MSM chose to focus on other stories instead of this?

Just a hypothetical...

Just a hypothetical and almost certainly a bullshit suggestion based on bad understandings of the science and words involved. But by all means, stop speaking in vagaries and be clear about what in the hell you're talking about.

IF, however, you are speaking about the Maryland Potomac River leak that was just recently announced, I learned about it yesterday, I think, from NPR... sort of undermining your nonsense/authoritarian-type attack on actual journalists. And also, as noted in this story cited below, the concern is being tracked by progressive environmental groups like the Potomac Riverkeeper Network, undermining your stupidly false suggestion that progressives (ie, "the usual suspects") wouldn't care about such a leak.

Don't be obtuse.

And while the Felon and his useful idiots who parrot his idiot claims are trying to blame Democrats for this, what's this?

"Trump has been feuding over the past few weeks with Moore. Ammar Moussa, a spokesperson for the governor, told The Hill on Monday that Trump “has his facts wrong — again” regarding the Potomac spillage.

“Since the last century,
the federal government has been responsible for
the Potomac Interceptor, which is the origin of the sewage leak,”

Moussa added. “For the last four weeks, the Trump Administration has failed to act, shirking its responsibility and putting people’s health at risk. Notably, the president’s own EPA explicitly refused to participate in the major legislative hearing about the cleanup last Friday. Apparently the Trump administration hadn’t gotten the memo that they’re actually supposed to be in charge here.”"

Useful idiots aren't actually very useful, as it turns out.

It would be helpful if you all were actually concerned about environmental threats in general, and not only when you erroneously guess that maybe you can blame Democrats and progressives for things.

The guy who catches a house on fire then shows up to alert the fire department doesn't get to pretend to be a hero.

The fact that this spill has been going on for a month and NPR finally decided to cover it kind of makes my point.

Two ad hominem attacks one right after another, impressive.

This post is more about the lack of attention from the revered MSM and environmental activists than anything else.

You’re the one who wants to make it political.
