What the headlines don't tell you is that this fine, upstanding, gentleman was in possession of 50 pounds of meth.

So the BBC writes an article about a tragic event, and the headline is incredibly misleading to say the least. It is technically factual, but it leads to a certain conclusion that may not be warranted by the facts.

The tragedy in Canada yesterday has some interesting media aspects.
1. The MSM reported the killer as a "woman in a dress", instead if accurately reporting the facts.
2. They refused to use the term "gunman".
3. One more "trans" mass shooter for the ASPL to ignore.

And ABC seemingly misrepresents a story to benefit a fleeing illegal alien. Andy Ngo is a pretty well known independent journalist who’s done extensive reporting on ANTIFA and the carnage in Seattle.

There has been a lot of back and forth here about the MSM and sources. Well CBS, the "revered" TV network wrote an article claiming that less than 14% of illegal aliens arrested have records of "violent crimes". Yet the graph (below) clearly shows that the majority of illegal aliens have serious crimes (if not violent), and ignore the fact that every illegal alien has committed at least one crime in crossing the border, and that the due process for that crime is deportation.
Here's a few crimes categorized as "non-violent": Drug trafficking, human smuggling, child porn, fraud, DUI, burglary, etc.
So, yeah we should absolutely only trust the MSM for accurate information. Because CBS doesn't seem to think that the above are worthy of arrest or deportation.

In round numbers:
Assault: 11%
Sexual assault, kidnapping, murder: 2.5%
Violent crimes numbers, less than 14%.
Depending on the details burglary, robbery and weapons violations, it might add up to 17% having violent crimes accusations and/or convictions (does the "criminal records" mean they've been CONVICTED of the crimes or merely accused and are in the system for those crimes that but have not been convicted and may not be convicted?)
It seems that CBS is fairly accurately reporting just what they said about the data they are getting. The VAST majority of immigrants arrested are NOT guilty of violent crimes. THESE are the main crimes that US citizens all agree are reasonable to deport over.
So you're making the case that CBS is reporting the facts correctly, but it is your personal opinion that they should include some of the other crimes in play (for a minority of those abducted by ICE) should also be dealt with in the same way as violent crimes? Well, one could try to make that case, but it doesn't make CBS' reporting wrong, so...

Well, if one listens to JoeWHITEboy on X, that might be the case, but IF one listens to, you know, actual journalists, no, that is NOT the case at all.
Many immigrants who are currently here in an undocumented (undocumented, not "illegal..." "illegal" is what the racists and their useful idiots say about it) status did NOT cross the border in a criminal manner. Many, for instance, came here with a student or work or refugee or otherwise, NON-criminal manner, meaning they did NOT commit a crime by simply coming here. And, after coming here, situations changed, circumstances changed, RULES changed (thanks to this administration, oftentimes) that eventually placed them in the "undocumented" category, but not that they crossed in a criminal manner.
See? That is why one should get their news from journalists, not the KKK Times or the word of a felon pedophile protector.
It would be a lot easier to take your concerns about any "crimes" associated with crossing a border in an incorrect way IF you were actually concerned about the pedophiles that your Felon continues to protect and defend, or that Felon, himself.
But when you give a pass to rich and powerful white men committing atrocities, your concerns about "they didn't cross an imaginary line in the way I wish they did!" are hard to take seriously.
If this administration ends up pardoning/releasing convicted pedophile conspirator Maxwell, will you THEN demand his removal? WHAT will it take?
No, I’m pointing out that CBS is reporting part of the facts and spinning the data to create a false impression of the criminality of the illegal aliens arrested so far. Of course, that all illegal alienated have violated US law and the due process for that violation is deportation seems to be lost in all of the obfuscation.
I do so love it when you let your ignorance show.
“Illegal alien” is the proper legal terminology for those who enter the US in violation of US law. Of course they’re “undocumented” because they chose not to follow US law which means they have no documentation.
But you keep entertaining us with your idiocy and ignorance.
I also could have pointed out the use of AI altered images of Pretti and Good by MSM outlets.
What “pedophiles” is Trump “protecting”?
Do you know what pedophile means and do you know that left wing academics and others are pushing for the categorization of pedophilia as just one more sexual orientation and to refer to them as MAPs?
Liars like Dan love the term "pedophile" even when it doesn't apply, because honest people who aren't stupid know what it actually means, and to sexually abuse prepubescent children incites greater anger...which is just what the liars like Dan intend.
Dan and his ilk do it on purpose. Because it evokes a certain reaction from most people. That they misuse the term is simply to be expected because it's easier than telling the Truth. They seem unaware of the incongruity of their political movement falsely labeling Trump as a "pedophile" while simultaneously trying to re brand pedophilia and turn it into one more accepted sexual orientation. In essence they persecute the fake pedophile, while trying to normalize real pedophiles.
You'll not the lack of answers to my questions.
Dan lies again. ICE doesn't "abduct" people anymore than any other level or department of law enforcement who arrests suspects of having run afoul of the law.
If someone enters our country in a manner contrary to established laws and protocols for doing so, they've committed a crime...and thus have crossed in a criminal manner.
Student/work visas or permission to enter under regulations regarding refugees or asylum seekers are buy definition not illegal simply by their entry and have no relevance to the issue of the post. No rules were changed which made any of these people "undocumented" or "illegal". They're being in breach of the law makes them so. Visa expiration is a civil offense, which means a law was broken or ignored. Refugees and asylum seekers are not automatically given the right to remain here simply because they came as legit refugees or asylum seekers, as conditions are attached to the status of each as well.
Dan, being among the worst of actual perverts, intentionally perverts reality to suit his perverse alternate reality.
Releasing legit lawbreakers does not indicate approval of their criminal behavior, but is done when they agree to provide info which leads to further arrests of worse people. Dan knows this, but pretends if Maxwell so provided and thus was released, then Dan's president, who is better than any president Dan has supported, is somehow protecting her from accountability. There's no lie Dan won't tell to push his perversions.
Still no response from Dan to the questions asked. I guess it's been long enough to conclude that he has no answers.
Art, saying "Dan lies" over and over, is just restating the obvious. Technically, any LE "abducts" anyone they arrest who doesn't come peacefully. Yet most people associate abduction with kidnapping, which is why idiots like Dan use it. They don't want criminals "abducted" to be subject to the due process for their actions, unless it's Trump based on some BS.novel interpretation of a NY law.
Obviously entering without following the rules is a violation of US code. The problem is that the ASPL choose to ignore that the "due process" for this civil violation is DEPORTATION. To pick up illegal aliens and deport them is exactly how things are supposed to work.
By all means, let's go back and look at the unsavory characters pardoned by P-BO, Clinton, and Biden to see how they stack up to Maxwell. BUT, If Maxwell does provide the means to arrest and convict others, then why should she be treated any differently than any other criminal?
A judge in Louisville cuts the sentence of a vile, convicted, rapist in HALF and Dan doesn't think that's wrong. But treating Maxwell like anyone else who turns states evidence, is a heinous crime.
FYI, IF Maxwell gets anything is should be a commutation not a pardon. She needs to have the conviction stand.
