The expectation that Biden is actually going to magically make bold moves on any sort of agenda is laughable on two levels.
1. He hasn't actually articulated an agenda beyond "Trump, bad.".
2. He had such a stellar record acting on these current hot button issues during his decades in the senate and 8 years in the White House.
