I just saw a report that the MPLS city council is considering revoking the liqueur licenses of two hotels that rented rooms to ICE agents.
I could be wrong, but this sounds a lot like what a fascist might do. As does blocking public roads and restricting access to those public roads.

I hope that big lawsuits are on the horizon for this city council. I can't believe it's Constitutional.
Not knowing what the law is, it's hard to say. But I can't believe that a city council has the authority to enforce liqueur laws punitively simply because they don't like who rented rooms in a hotel. I don't want to reference Dan's list, but I can't believe that this kind of thing doesn't fit somewhere.
