Gerrymandering is bad when the GOP does it, and engenders all sorts of vitriol, when the DFL does it the response is somehwhere between muted and silent.

I don't know, but back in the day, getting an F in multiple things was pretty bad, and when something is called "extreme", it's usually not good.
