Here's a Name...

https://www.timesofisrael.com/families-of-hostages-still-in-gaza-during-lull-in-fighting-face-enduring-nightmare/

Kfir, Kfir, here's a name y'all could and should be chanting loud and clear.   An innocent 10 month old girl held hostage while her family suffers.

The fact that Hamas is still holding her hostage is unconscionable.  The fact the we hear virtually no calls from the pro "palestine" side of things in the US or the west is simply vile.

ALL THE HOSTAGES SHOULD BE RELEASED.

You've heard the voices, now.

Maybe you're just not listening.

It's foolish to infer any true concern for anyone in that region from the left. Those who march and rant for a "free 'palestine'" are no more than the ignorant in service to the most vile of murderers.

"ALL THE HOSTAGES SHOULD BE RELEASED."

Wow, way to go out on a limb and be specific. Really proud of your bold declaration.

"You've heard the voices, now."

Well, you still couldn't say her name, so there's that.

"Maybe you're just not listening."

No. It's because I'm listening that I'm not hearing the voices calling for all the hostages to be released immediately. Just y'all congratulating Biden on getting a few of them released. Maybe it's because the violent pro Hamas/anti Jewish protests are too loud.

Art,

Oh, I'm not. It's all performative. Very soon, they'll move on to something else and forget this. It's more about bitching about "colonialism" (while ignoring the reality that Islam was pretty big on colonialism/conquest) than it is about support for the downtrodden. If it really was about support for the downtrodden, then they'd be protesting the Arab nations that don't lift a finger to allow those in Gaza to exercise their basic human right of self determination. But closed borders are only bad when it's the US closing them.

But, yeah, it's just violent performance art.

The demand to release all hostages didn't require a modern progressive from Louisville to be understood. Indeed, it's a given. The question is always about how to get that done given the animals who are holding them. And the same Louisville miscreant who pretends to care about the downtrodden has enabled the animals by rejecting an effective president in favor of yet another who funds the animals with massive amounts of money. Such fools give lip service. Such fools are frauds and posers.

Setting aside that moron, I'm eager to see how all the bargaining with the animals plays out to its conclusion. Many are distraught about the 3-1 exchange of other animals for hostages. What better idea has been offered by the complainers, as if they are more experienced with how to deal with the animals than the Israelis? I'm guessing the idea is to do whatever it takes to get the hostages back and worry about the animals later. The lives of the hostages are paramount until such time as it's determined there's no good way to get it done. I pray no such time arrives.

Art,

The reality is giving in to the demands of these terrorists and not requiring that they release all the hostages will simply encourage them to take hostages again and again. The fact that so many on the left are encouraging this absurd agreement, and giving Biden credit for it, just demonstrates the moral cowardice of those on the left.

The fact that Biden doesn't give enough of a shit about the US hostages to every try to rescue them or get even one of them released is a national disgrace.

It's the "giving in" about which I wonder. There's really no path which results in the assholes never again taking hostages. Here, I believe it's been stated that first they need to free the hostages and after that, to destroy Hamas and all their weaponry. That's good as far as it goes, but there are several other similar asshole groups who will step in to do all the same stuff, just as there were before the creation of Hamas during the Arafat years. Based on what we know about how few truly "innocent" civilians there are in Gaza and the West Bank, it's hard to see how total annihilation is not the answer. Yet even then, there are other muslim majority theocratic nations with disdain for the Jews, too. I don't see this ever ending before He returns.

Art,

The reason why there is no way to stop the continued taking of hostages is simply because Hamas knows that Israeli's place a high value on their innocent civilians, while Hamas places a low value on both Israeli innocent civilians as well as on their own.

That's true and in line with the sentiments of Golda Meir, who said that peace won't come while the pallies hate Jews more than they love their own children.
