Biden launched into a long, incoherent, story about his uncle being eaten by cannibals (can we even say cannibal?) after his plane crashed in WW2. Somehow he tries to incoherently tie this to bashing Trump. It would appear that the military is under the impression that Biden's uncle's plane went down at sea?
