This is a 100% serious question. How in the world would it be possible to get a fair trial from this guy? If nothing else, a judge that has such poor impulse control seems like a potentially bad judge.

Immediate disbarment for his words, and extreme publicizing of them so that all can see this "progressive" for what he is.
He should lose his position on the bench either through being voted out, or otherwise. I wouldn't disbar him, unless his actions violated some lawyer code of conduct.
