I just want to be sure that I completely understand the argument being made.  We've been told for weeks that since illegal aliens cannot and do not ever access various welfare programs that it is somehow immoral to actually verify this claim.   Now we're being told by a revered practitioner of real journalism, that 42-64 MILLION illegal  aliens are going to lose their Medicaid, which we were assured they were not accessing.

AP, another revered practitioner of real journalism has decided to ignore the reality that the "car" in question was likely driven by someone in a protected class.

This seems to be a pretty accurate take.  Both offer nothing that can't be found elsewhere, what little NPR content that has value will be picked up by other stations, while Colbert will have ample opportunities to peddle his shtick elsewhere.   The question about Colbert is whether or not he can pull off his shtick without an army of writers.

This is the second time that a major Trump critic has been exposed for engaging in essentially the same "crime" Trump was prosecuted for.   This is a big deal, and Schiff should absolutely be prosecuted for this.  It's mortgage fraud, engaged in for the purpose of tax fraud/evasion.   

I'm not going to post a link because there are plenty of news stories out there, but the MN DFL deciding to throw the Minneapolis Mayor (Frey) under the bus in favor of a Somali would be hilarious ("I am the mayor now") if it wasn't so concerning.   In the wake of two MASSIVE scandals which were perpetrated by members of the Somali community, there is no way to not be concerned about corruption and government fraud if this guy wins.    If the MN GOP was smart, they'd round up an intelligent moderate black man or woman and throw money behind their candidacy.   If y'all thought the exodus from MPLS was bad after the Summer of Love 2020, just wait.
