Normally, I'd say that it's too early for this kind of thing and that it's probably hyperbolic. However, in the wake of all sorts of vile racists celebrating the deaths of white campers in the flooding, and lying about alerts, all bets are off.
IF, I repeat, IF the actions of this DEI hire actually cost lives or slowed down emergency response, he should be immediately charged.

Anyone hired on a basis of anything aside from absolute merit is suspect anytime things go south. A black, lesbian tranny for a top position? Let's compare job performance record to all those passed over.
It's hard not to wonder how some are hired, then promoted, in this day and age where irrelevant traits and qualities are considered for moronic notions of "equity" and "diversity". But then to find those hired with that crap in mind turn around and hire on the same insane bases suggests the pool of talent is likely deteriorating with each such hire.
As much as I'd be disgusted by the presence of an out and proud "black, lesbian tranny", if such a person was the best available, that's what matters. Right now, I don't know that they'd be anything but unjustly insulted if they were forced to prove all other applicants were less qualified.
This situation keeps looking worse as more information comes out.
