Very sad. I once saw a video of some young girl...who seemed a few years older than this kid. White girl, acting like a homey, talking about popping a cap in someone's ass and other lovely things one expects from a young girl. At some point, it got really squirrely, with a subsequent video of her in tears responding to blowback (not sure if it was specifically to the one I just describe above or another. She was somewhat prolific), and another where her father was ranting about his kid inviting vitriol and such. What the hell is wrong with people that they have kids and let them develop in this way?
Great question. Of course you could ask what's wrong with people that record and post this crap for public consumption.
The existence of the ability to record video literally anywhere, and the mandating of body cams, have revealed that the number of people willing to publicize how utterly stupid, entitled, or unaware they are is amazing. That people willingly act out in public while being recorded is simply stupid.
As young as the kid in your link seems to be, I wonder if he's not knowledgeable enough to know how to operate his phone (idiot parents give their kids phones without monitoring how they're used) and even post to social media. In this day and age, it wouldn't surprise me regardless of how unlikely it is in this case. I'd have to watch it again and listen more closely (not gonna do it) in order to see if I can detect someone helping out the kid. It could be that he recorded himself, and then someone older saw it and fancied it cute, then posted it. Maybe an older sibling.
Kids today are pretty savvy when it comes to phones and stuff, and too many parents give their kids phones when they are young. That the parents don't monitor what their kids do, is increasingly prevalent. Would I be surprised if a parent or older sibling had something to do with this video, not really. But this video is so far from cute that I can't believe a parent would post it, unless they were grooming the kid for gang life.

Maybe his father is a gang-banger.
Who knows? I'm thinking that the odds of this kid being in jail by the time he's 18 are pretty high.
The really sad thing is that someone older likely took and posted this video.
Yes, that is the really sad thing. He'll probably be in juvenile custody by 14.

Certainly better than a 50/50 chance of that.
