Going from a $71.5 billion deficit to a 26 billion dollar surplus in a year seems like a pretty good thing, right?    

While this is good news, by any measure, and goes a ways toward debunking the narrative from the MSM.    I think that we need to see more than a one month surplus before we get too excited.
